2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Konnet Hub
- Business owners must be registering a legitimate, legal business operating in Nigeria
- You must provide accurate information when registering or searching
3. For Customers (People Searching)
- Konnet Hub provides search results based on registered businesses — we do not guarantee the quality or conduct of any listed business
- Always verify a business independently before making payment or sharing sensitive information
- Do not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
- Do not attempt to spam or abuse the WhatsApp or Telegram bot
4. For Business Owners (Registered Listings)
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information
- You must not list a business you do not own or operate
- You must not use Konnet Hub to advertise illegal products or services
- Free listings expire after 7 days and must be manually renewed
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
5. Our Rights
Konnet Hub reserves the right to:
- Remove any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund
- Suspend or ban users who abuse the platform
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time
- Update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance
6. Intellectual Property
All content on konnethub.com — including the Konnet Hub logo, brand, design, and copy — is owned by Konnet Hub. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Konnet Hub is a discovery platform. We are not responsible for:
- Transactions between customers and businesses
- The quality, safety, or legitimacy of listed businesses
- Any loss or damage arising from use of the platform
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
9. Contact
These terms apply specifically to business owners who register and maintain a listing on Konnet Hub.
1. Registration
- Registration is free and takes approximately 2 minutes via WhatsApp (type REGISTER) or Telegram (type /register)
- You must provide accurate business information — name, category, location, and contact details
- False or misleading information will result in immediate removal
- Each business may only have one active listing
2. Listing Plans
Free Listing
- Active for 7 days from registration
- Visible to customers searching within your LGA only
- Must be manually renewed every 7 days to stay listed
- No reviews or ratings feature
Verified Plan — ₦5,000/month
- Verified badge on your listing
- Higher ranking in search results within your state and neighbouring states
- Reviews and ratings unlocked
- Auto-renews monthly via Paystack
Konnet Pro Plan — ₦10,000/month
- Gold 🏆 Konnet Pro badge
- Priority placement — appears above Verified and Free listings
- Visible across all 36 states — maximum nationwide reach
- Auto-renews monthly via Paystack
Business Insights Add-on — ₦2,000/month
- Weekly report every Monday showing how often your service is searched
- On-demand reports anytime via /insights or INSIGHTS
- Rank driver data showing what's affecting your visibility
- Can be added to any plan
3. Business Owner Responsibilities
- Keep your listing information up to date
- Respond to customers who contact you via your listed number
- Do not list services you are not qualified or licensed to provide
- Do not use your listing to scam, defraud, or mislead customers
4. Removal of Listings
Konnet Hub may remove your listing immediately and without refund if:
- You provide false business information
- You use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity
- You receive consistent verified complaints from customers
- You violate any of these terms
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Paystack
- Subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each month
- You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Our goal is fairness. We want every business on Konnet Hub to feel they are getting value. If something went wrong on our end, we will fix it.
1. Subscription Payments
All paid plans (Verified, Konnet Pro, Business Insights) are billed monthly via Paystack.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- You were charged but your listing was not activated within 24 hours due to a technical error on our part
- You were double-charged for the same subscription period
- Your plan features were not delivered as described and we were unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days
3. When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
- You changed your mind after subscribing
- Your listing was removed due to a violation of our Business Listing Terms
- You forgot to cancel before the auto-renewal date
- The free 7-day listing expired without renewal
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@konnethub.com with:
- Your registered business name
- Your registered WhatsApp or Telegram number
- The payment date and amount
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via Paystack back to your original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that.
